The SONAX research department does everything in its power to make good products even better. The permanent innovation activity ensures that SONAX innovations always attract attention in the market. The excellent results in product tests of leading car magazines such as "Auto Bild", "auto motor und sport" or the "Auto Zeitung" also prove the high competence of SONAX research and development time and again.


With this quality SONAX serves the highest professional demands and positions itself as a strong partner in international motor sports. This is evidenced by partnerships with Hans-Joachim Stuck, Michael Schumacher or Ayrton Senna and, more recently, in Formula E. In order to also work with strong partners in its own production, SONAX has again opted for a labelling system from b+b.


The basic concept of this system is to label shaped bottles on both sides without format parts. The system is adapted to the respective product by simply adjusting the machine components. The associated advantages are short set-up times, high availability and multiple use in different production lines. For high label placement accuracy, the products are precisely aligned on the transport path. Label formats up to a height of 250 mm and cycle rates of up to 250 labels per minute are possible. This makes it easy to cover a wide range of products.
