Innovative labeling solutions for every need
At LogiMAT 2024, b+b Automations- und Steuerungstechnik GmbH will present its proven yet innovative printing and dispensing system for labeling one, two, or three sides with the pallet labelers of the PAE model series. The combination of pneumatic and electric axes of movement with modern robotic systems and efficient thermal/thermal transfer printing modules allows the PAE model series to handle all common tasks in pallet labeling quickly, reliably, and sustainably with print sizes up to A5 format. Integrated into an ERP system, b+b establishes pallet labeling as a component of comprehensive digitization and automation of intralogistics.
Furthermore, the b+b Automations- und Steuerungstechnik GmbH booth provides an overview of the selection of versatile label dispensers for applying pre-printed labels. For simple dispensing tasks, the Rapid MINI 2.0 offers a reliable and cost-effective entry. The Rapid MINI 2.0-T variant supplements the label dispenser with a tamp applicator, enabling labeling at a standstill.
Demonstrating the ability to combine printing and labeling tasks and thus transfer variable data in real-time from a connected system, b+b showcases the Rapid RSL Print+ label dispenser at LogiMAT 2024. This dispenser can apply pre-printed labels and, with the integrated OEM printing module, print them completely or complementarily on-site.
For labeling tasks in industrial environments, b+b presents the EDS model series label printer dispenser at LogiMAT, a system consisting of a printing module, label unwinder and rewinder, and control, combined with pneumatic transfer. Equipped with various applicators and transfer modules, the robustly designed system is suitable for precise, reliable, and fast labeling under demanding conditions.
All mentioned dispensers are demonstrated at the b+b booth on two belts to give visitors an impression of various application scenarios.
