Basic concept of the semi-automatic system for labeling KEGs and barrels
The TNC-GG model series was developed to apply one or more labels to the circumference of large cylindrical containers. Instead of using labels "punched to size", continuous material from the roll can also be processed as an alternative. Depending on the scope of the product, the material is cut in the system.
The largest area of application for these systems is in the beverage industry, where beverage kegs (KEGs) are provided with a deposit sleeve around the circumference, clearly indicating the owner of the reusable container. For this purpose, high-permanent adhesive label material is usually processed, which can no longer be removed from the product without leaving any residue. We also offer fully automatic solutions for this.
