Neck ring labelling KEGs
Collar applicator KEGs
Fully automatic bespoke machine for the application of neck rings on KEG barrels
Marking a reusable container with variable data has so far been a difficult undertaking not only in the food and beverage sector. With our innovative neck ring applicator system it is now possible to mark your products or brands with a high-quality print and additional variable data.
As far as the actual label design and artwork is concerned, there are no limits to the imagination. This can refer either to the highlighting of your brand or your product. Variable data such as beverage type, filling date, expiry date, batch coding or a promotion code can be printed directly in the system before the neck ring is applied around the keg fitting. Metal, plastic and wooden barrels can be processed.
Thanks to the modular system concept, the unit can be easily integrated into your existing production environment. A possibly existing free conveyor line can be integrated into the plant or can also be realized by us.
Are you looking for the right line automation software or the right partner to integrate your label printer into your ERP solution? - Under www.labelsplatform.de you will find a flexible and modular solution.
KEGs, barrels and drums
KEGs, barrels and drums
6 Kegs/min - 360 Kegs/h
18 Kegs/min - 1080 Kegs/h
Depending on the system configuration, the system can be equipped with an automatic changeover cassette system to either minimize changeover times and stock multiple label stacks or to accommodate different label stacks.
Automatic change magazines to increase autonomy
With the special machine NRA neck rings can be applied to different KEG and other kegs.

Further labelling machines for the labelling of KEG
Semi-automatic labelling machine for banding KEG
You would like to apply one or more labels to the circumference of KEGs or other cylindrical containers?
With the help of the semi-automatic labeler TNC-GG, KEGs can be labeled according to the labeling requirements. Instead of using labels "die-cut to size", continuous material from the roll can be processed alternatively. Depending on the product size, the material is cut in the machine.
Fully automatic labeller for drum labelling
The fully automatic BLM labeller was developed for labelling drums in compliance with the GHS directive.
Often several labels will be applied around the circumference of the drum (product label, hazardous goods label(s) and logistics label. For this purpose, the system can be equipped with several label dispensers and/or several printing and dispensing systems.
